Uninstalled Yosemite, now it says "item temporarily unavailible, try again later"

So im trying to get my computer to start from a clean slate. This will be the second time I have done this on my Macbook pro from 2010. The first time it was no problem, this time around it is. When I first went to reinstall it, I would get the download started and it would crash my router??? I tried multiple times and got a new router but it will still temporarily crash it. So, I brought the computer to work in an attempt to use that internet connection. After I entered my user ID and PW it would tell me "item temporarily unavailible, try again later" Well, this later has been a week now. Please advise. If I am going to be told to use the original disc that came with the computer I cannot, as I dont have anything from when I bought it.

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
